Rotary Club Galatina organizes cultural excursion to Calabria

The Rotary Club Galatina Maglie Terre d’Otranto has organized an excursion titled “In viaggio insieme” (Traveling Together) to the Riviera dei Cedri in Calabria. Scheduled from October 2 to October 4, the trip aims to strengthen ties among members, families, and friends through cultural and gastronomic exploration.

The itinerary includes visits to Scalea, featuring historical sites such as the Palazzo dei Principi and the Torre Talao, and Diamante, known for its murals and the Festival del Peperoncino. Participants will also explore local citrus traditions, including a visit to a citron grove and a tasting of traditional sweets at Pasticceria Aronne in Marcellina.
