Rotary Club Tijuana hosts international youth exchange students

The Rotary Club Tijuana recently held a session dedicated to the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program. The event welcomed exchange students arriving from Thailand, Japan, and Poland, while also introducing Mexican students scheduled to travel to Brazil, Belgium, and Poland later this year.

Gildardo Osuna Rueda, president of the Rotary Club Tijuana, noted that the meeting served to connect incoming students with those preparing to depart, as well as a student who recently completed a stay in France. The program aims to build cultural bridges through academic and social experiences. During the ceremony, participants engaged in the traditional exchange of club pennants, a symbol of friendship used to strengthen ties between participating communities.
