Rotary Historica car show and La Marzocchina bike ride scheduled in Italy

The 13th edition of the Rotary Historica vintage car rally will take place on Saturday 12 September 2026 in Morimondo, Lombardy. Organized by Rotary Morimondo Abbazia, Rotaract Morimondo, Rotary Pavia Nord and Rotaract Pavia Nord, the event will start at the historic abbey and finish at the Kartell Design Museum in Noviglio. All proceeds are earmarked for charitable projects, notably research on Alzheimer’s disease supported by the Fondazione Golgi Cenci.

The 14th edition of La Marzocchina, a historic cycling tour, returns in Valdarno, Tuscany, with three routes of 27, 43 and 78 kilometres. The ride launches from the historic centre of San Giovanni Valdarno and concludes in Cecchini Valdarno with a food and music celebration. Organized by Valdarno Bike Road ETS, the Pro Loco of San Giovanni Valdarno and Confcommercio Firenze‑Arezzo, the event highlights local heritage, slow‑tourism and regional gastronomy. Mayor Valentina Vadi called it “an important occasion to valorise the territory,” while Valdarno Bike Road president Francesco Fabbrini stressed the enhanced experience for participants.
