Rotenhain hosts 29th Rock im Feld festival

The 29th edition of the ‘Rock im Feld’ festival in Rotenhain successfully concluded despite a difficult start. The event initially faced heavy rain and the aftermath of a tornado that had passed through the Westerwald region the previous day.

Weather conditions stabilized during the following two days, providing ideal open-air conditions for the festival. Organized by the association ‘purKultur Rotenhain’, the event featured metalcore on Saturday and brass music on Sunday. The festival maintains a strong regional reputation, with camping areas fully booked and significant support provided by local volunteers and the municipality.
