Rotherham United bolsters squad with new signing and Brandon Williams return

Rotherham United is actively managing its squad through recent transfer and recruitment developments. The club has confirmed the signing of a midfielder with previous experience at Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sheffield Wednesday, aiming to add Championship and top-flight pedigree to the roster for the 2025-26 campaign.

In a separate development, former Manchester United defender Brandon Williams has returned to the club's Roundwood training complex. Despite previously being released following an unsuccessful trial, manager Alex Bruce indicated that a contract offer remains a possibility. Bruce noted that Williams has trained well and has been a positive presence at the facility, though previous recruitment decisions were influenced by positional requirements.
