Rottnest Island hosts $240 Truffle Table lunch at The Lodge Wadjemup

On 15 August, Rottnest Island near Perth will host a four‑course lunch called The Truffle Table at The Lodge Wadjemup’s Sunsets Bar & Dining. Tickets cost AU$240 and include a curated wine selection.

The event showcases black‑truffle‑infused dishes prepared by Sunsets’ executive chef Tom Ferne in collaboration with Millbrook Winery’s Guy Jefferies and H&C Urban Winery’s Gord Kahle. The menu features octopus croquettes, wagyu‑bresaola focaccia, swordfish ballotine, dry‑aged duck breast and a shared cheese course, each paired with wines selected by former Eagle and H&C Winery representative Chris Masten. Attendees may extend their stay with a discounted overnight package that includes breakfast and return ferry transfers.
