Korbach police investigate series of burglaries

Criminal police in Korbach are investigating a series of burglaries that occurred over a recent weekend. The incidents targeted two nursing homes and a physiotherapy practice, resulting in the theft of cash.

In one instance, perpetrators gained access to office spaces at a residential home near Enser Straße, where they pried open cabinets to find keys. They subsequently used these keys to enter three separate apartments and steal small amounts of cash. A second nursing home on Nordwall was also forcibly entered, with cash stolen from its offices.

Additionally, a physiotherapy practice on Heerstraße was burglarized after thieves pried open a rear window. While the stolen cash was minimal, the property damage to the practice was estimated at approximately 500 euros. Authorities are currently seeking witnesses who may have observed suspicious individuals or vehicles in the area.
