Route Mobile launches Salesforce‑native omnichannel messaging app

Route Mobile Limited, a Proximus Global company and global CPaaS provider, has introduced a new omnichannel messaging application on the Salesforce AgentExchange. The app lets Salesforce users send SMS and WhatsApp messages worldwide directly from any Salesforce Cloud without custom development or external infrastructure. It offers zero‑code configuration, bulk messaging from reports and campaigns, automated flows, and built‑in analytics, reaching customers in over 190 countries via Route Mobile’s carrier network. CEO Tushar Agnihotri said the solution helps enterprises personalize interactions and scale communications securely, while VP George Kakhadze highlighted its ability to remove technology barriers for global customer engagement.
