Rovereto hosts cultural and technology festivals
The city of Rovereto is hosting two distinct events focused on art history and digital transformation.
The Mart (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art of Trento and Rovereto) will hold a meeting on November 10 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, the founder of Futurism. The event features Edoardo Sylos Labini and Francesca Barbi Marinetti, focusing on the legacy of Fortunato Depero and the movement's impact on Italian art, design, and communication. The gathering also serves as a presentation for Sylos Labini’s book, ‘Le città identitarie’.
Separately, the eleventh edition of the Festival Informatici Senza Frontiere, titled ‘Ctrl+Alt+Human’, will take place from November 5 to 7. The festival explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and humanity, addressing how AI affects work, education, and sustainability. Featured speakers include Fosca Giannotti from the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, discussing human-centered AI, and Alberto Montresor from the University of Trento, discussing the future of learning.
