ROW Rybnik rises to third place in Poland's Metalkas 2 Speedway league

Innpro ROW Rybnik secured a 56‑34 win over H. Skrzydlewska Orzeł, moving into third place in the Metalkas 2 Ekstraliga and earning a bonus point that helped the Silesian side close the gap on Łódź. Jan Kvech led the league's scoring charts with a perfect 15‑point haul, while Nicolai Klindt, now with ROW after a stint at Speedway Kraków, posted a 2.231 pts/run average, ranking sixth in the league and second on his team.

Upcoming fixtures include the 10th‑round derby between Cellfast Wilki Krosno and Dakar Development Stal Rzeszów on Saturday night, with full line‑ups released, and a rescheduled match between Hunters PSŻ Poznań and Abramczyk Polonia Bydgoszcz set for 19 July at 19:00 after earlier venue conflicts. The new date coincides with the final of the Youth Club Championships and occurs just before the World Cup final, prompting concerns from some speedway fans.

These developments highlight a tightening race for playoff spots in Poland's second‑tier speedway competition.
