ROX Group launches Global Leaders program to prepare Vietnamese managers for overseas roles

ROX Group, a Vietnamese conglomerate, announced the Global Leaders programme targeting senior managers who want to work in multinational settings. The two‑year track is aimed at candidates aged 35‑45 with roughly ten years of experience, including at least five years in managerial positions in sectors such as real estate and energy. Participants will receive mentorship and coaching from senior executives to develop the global leadership skills needed for Vietnam’s “Go Global” corporate strategy.

The initiative cites the Global Employee Mobility Survey 2025 (by CERC and Ipsos), which found that 69 % of workers worldwide believe international experience benefits their long‑term careers, rising to 77 % among senior leaders. As more Vietnamese firms expand abroad, ROX Group sees a growing demand for leaders capable of operating across cultures and markets, and the Global Leaders programme is intended to build that talent pipeline.
