Roxana Rubio criticizes Merary Villegas over displacement of dance students

PAN local deputy Roxana Rubio Valdez has condemned Merary Villegas, a Morena federal deputy, for allegedly displacing young dancers from the Concha Acústica in Parque Constitución, Culiacán, to prioritize a political event.

Rubio Valdez stated that the children from dance academies had been preparing for months to perform, only to be informed minutes before their scheduled start that they could no longer use the stage. The legislator challenged Villegas to reimburse the families for the expenses incurred during their preparations.

Furthermore, Rubio Valdez questioned the legitimacy of the permit used for the political event, noting that leaked documentation suggests the request was for sports courts rather than the acoustic shell, and that the application may have been submitted late.
