Roxy Copacabana launches musical lunch with chef Kátia Barbosa

The Roxy, a venue in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, has expanded its operations by launching a new musical lunch service held on Saturdays and Sundays. The initiative aims to integrate entertainment, gastronomy, and culture to increase daytime occupancy and strengthen the local tourism economy.

As part of this expansion, the venue has partnered with renowned chef Kátia Barbosa to design an exclusive menu celebrating Brazilian cuisine. The menu features regional ingredients and traditional recipes, such as feijoada and shrimp in pumpkin, executed by executive chef Caio Silva. Barbosa stated her goal is to provide tourists with an authentic experience of Brazilian flavors and lifestyle in a key gateway city.
