Roy Keane hints at potential return to football management

Former midfielder Roy Keane has indicated he remains open to a return to football management, stating that the ‘pilot light is still on for something.’ During a Sky Sports interview, Keane admitted that while he recognizes the stresses of the job, he occasionally watches matches and feels he could step back into a dugout.

Speculation regarding a move to Celtic has intensified following Keane’s recent appearance in the stands at Celtic Park. While there has been no official confirmation of an approach from the club, former Sunderland manager Niall Quinn described Keane as a ‘box office’ appointment for Celtic, suggesting his potential arrival would be a significant event for the club.
