Former Glory kickboxer Levi Rigters and former Olympic judoka Roy Meyer both secured rapid victories during their mixed martial arts (MMA) debuts at the Levels Fight League gala in Den Bosch.

Rigters achieved a knockout against Luis Carlos de Brito in 45 seconds. Roy Meyer, a two-time World Championship bronze medalist in judo, defeated Tiago Afonso with a quick knockout. Meyer, 35, expressed a desire to reach the top of the sport, specifically targeting the UFC, within the next two years.

Meyer noted that while his judo background provides advantages in ground fighting, the intensity and explosiveness of MMA differ significantly from traditional combat sports. He emphasized his desire to provide spectacle and high intensity for the audience.
