Roy Morgan announces 2026 New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards

The 2026 Roy Morgan New Zealand Customer Satisfaction Awards have announced their winners, recognizing businesses for outstanding personal service and customer satisfaction. Out of more than 150 competing companies across 25 categories, Hyundai was named the ‘Best of the Best’ with a satisfaction rating of 92.5%.

Other top performers included Apple iPhone as the Mobile Handset Provider of the Year (91.8%), Emirates as the International Airline of the Year (91.4%), Hell Pizza as the Quick Service Restaurant of the Year (87.4%), and Mitre 10 as the Hardware Store of the Year (86.8%).

In the supermarket category, New World secured the title of Supermarket of the Year for the second consecutive year. Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine noted that New World was the clear winner, having won all four quarterly awards in 2026. New World leadership attributed the success to their focus on fresh food, value, and locally owned store operations.
