Royal Air Maroc to launch Casablanca-Essaouira direct flights

Royal Air Maroc has announced the launch of a new direct flight route connecting Casablanca and Essaouira, effective November 1. The service will operate twice weekly, with flights scheduled on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Established through an agreement with the Marrakech-Safi region, the new route aims to boost regional economic activity and tourism. The flight duration is expected to be approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Pricing for the service has been set at 800 dirhams for round-trip economy class and 1,600 dirhams for business class.

This addition brings the airline's domestic network to 28 lines. The connection is intended to facilitate easier access to international destinations via Casablanca for travelers heading to or from Essaouira, a city recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
