Royal Bank of Canada reduces stakes in Hillman Solutions and Preferred Bank

Royal Bank of Canada has reduced its equity positions in two companies, according to recent 13F filings with the SEC.

In the first quarter, the bank decreased its holdings in Hillman Solutions Corp. by 67.3%, selling 243,321 shares. Following this sale, the fund held 118,229 shares valued at approximately $984,000. Other institutional investors, including Quantinno Capital Management LP and Anchor Capital Management Company LLC, reported changes to their positions in Hillman Solutions during the same period.

Additionally, Royal Bank of Canada reduced its stake in Preferred Bank by 73.4% during the first quarter. The bank sold 24,621 shares, leaving it with a holding of 8,918 shares valued at roughly $809,000. Other major institutions, such as Charles Schwab Investment Management Inc. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc., reported varying adjustments to their Preferred Bank holdings in recent quarters.
