Royal Caribbean extends Navigator of the Seas Singapore season to year-round

Royal Caribbean has announced that the Navigator of the Seas will extend its deployment in Singapore, transitioning from a six-month seasonal schedule to a year-round homeport through October 2027.

Starting in October 2026, the vessel will offer two- to five-night cruises to various Southeast Asian destinations, including locations in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand such as Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and Phuket. Additionally, the ship will operate a 12-night itinerary from Tokyo to Singapore.

Ben Bouldin, Royal Caribbean’s President of Greater China and Managing Director for Asia, noted that the move provides more opportunities for travelers to use Singapore as a gateway for both short weekend escapes and longer family vacations. Chitra Rajesh Kumar, Cruise Director for the Singapore Tourism Board, stated that the extension reflects confidence in Singapore’s role as a leading cruise hub in Asia.
