Royal Enfield launches Flying Flea C6 electric motorcycle
Royal Enfield, owned by the Indian group Eicher Motors, has announced its entry into the electric mobility market with the launch of the Flying Flea C6. Rather than simply replacing combustion engines with electric ones, the company is establishing a dedicated sub-brand, Flying Flea, to create a distinct identity for its electric lineup.
The C6 is designed primarily for urban environments, offering a range of 104 kilometers. The project is backed by significant research and development, involving over 200 engineers across India and the United Kingdom and more than 45 patent applications. Early testing in India has already seen users accumulate over 100,000 kilometers in three months.
European expansion will begin gradually, with deliveries scheduled to start in October 2026. The initial rollout will target major cities including Barcelona, Paris, Rome, Berlin, and London. In Spain, the Flying Flea center will be located at the Royal Enfield Barcelona dealership. The motorcycle will be available in three colors—green, white, and black—with a starting price of 5,990 euros.
