Royal Greenland opens European service centre in Gdańsk

Royal Greenland, a state-owned international seafood and fishing company, has opened its European Shared Services Centre (ESSC) in the Wave building located in the Oliwa district of Gdańsk, Poland.

The new office space, owned by Skanska Commercial Development Europe, was selected to support the company's international logistics, financial, accounting, and marketing operations. The decision was driven by the need for a high-quality workspace that accommodates both current operational requirements and long-term growth plans.

The Wave building features WELL and LEED certifications, highlighting its focus on employee well-being and sustainable, eco-friendly solutions. Colliers acted as the advisor for the tenant during the transaction process.
