Royal Palms Estate in Hawaii listed for $3.25 million

The Royal Palms Estate, a nearly 13-acre property located on Hawaii’s Hamakua Coast, has been listed for sale at $3.25 million. The estate gained recognition as the Casa Amor villa during the third season of “Love Island USA” in 2021.

Listed through Deep Blue Hawaii by CEO Paul Stukin, the residence features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and approximately 3,700 square feet of living space. Key amenities include an infinity-edge pool and ocean views. Beyond its use as a filming location, the estate functions as a working farm that produces over 25,000 pounds of lychee annually, along with avocados and other tropical fruits. The property also includes a donkey barn dating back to the region’s sugarcane plantation era.
