RSC Anderlecht faces squad turnover amid new signing

RSC Anderlecht is navigating significant squad changes as the transfer window enters its final stages. The club is set to officially announce the signing of Moroccan attacker Tawfik Bentayeb, who has selected the number 21 jersey.

This choice directly impacts César Huerta, who currently holds that number. Huerta, who has not been included in recent matchday squads, is expected to leave the club, with a return to Mexico being a plausible destination despite his desire to remain in Europe.

Other players facing uncertain futures include Nathan Saliba, who is attracting interest from abroad with Villarreal reportedly valuing him at approximately 15 million euros. Mario Stroeykens is also being linked with a move to Werder Bremen. Additionally, the club is evaluating options for Adriano Bertaccini, including potential loan deals.
