RSC Anderlecht reshapes squad with player exits and contract moves
Belgian club RSC Anderlecht is actively trimming its squad. Sporting director Antoine Sibierski has confirmed interest from Dutch side SC Heerenveen in midfielder Cedric Hatenboer, who is currently sidelined by injury but remains a target for a possible transfer or loan. The club is also reviewing the status of several other players, including recent departures Nathan De Cat, Keisuke Goto, and loan exits such as Annas Tajaouart and Ibrahima Kanaté, while still evaluating options for Alexis Flips, Thomas Foket, Majeed Ashimeru and Luis Vazquez.
In parallel, Anderlecht aims to secure longer contracts for three promising talents – Onia Seke, Noah Ojea and a third youngster – despite discussions about potentially breaking existing agreements. Onia Seke, in particular, draws interest from top European clubs, prompting the club to act decisively to retain him under new terms.
