RSM acquires NeoTax, operator of major online tax portals

The advisory group RSM has acquired a 100% stake in NeoTax, the operator of major online tax return portals OnlinePřiznání.cz in the Czech Republic and OnlinePriznanie.sk in Slovakia. This acquisition marks the fourth company RSM has purchased within an 18-month period as part of its expansion strategy in the Czech-Slovak market.

NeoTax, which has been active since 2012, serves over 30,000 users annually. For the year 2025, the company reported a turnover of approximately 37 million CZK and a net profit of 5.7 million CZK. The deal includes the transfer of the entire NeoTax team, which will continue to be led by current operating director Zuzana Šelepová.

RSM Managing Partner for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Monika Marečková, stated that the acquisition allows the firm to enter the consumer services market and expand its technological portfolio. NeoTax founder Ivo Brabec noted that the partnership with RSM provides the necessary resources for the project to continue growing.
