RSUPPORT establishes local reseller network in Indonesia

RSUPPORT, a global remote solution specialist, has officially launched its distribution network in Indonesia to expand its presence in the Southeast Asian market. The company held a launch event in Jakarta for its two primary solutions: ‘RemoteCall’, a remote support tool for IT helpdesks and customer service, and ‘RemoteView’, a remote access solution for managing PCs and industrial devices.

This move marks a strategic shift from direct sales to a partner-based channel model. RSUPPORT is collaborating with its exclusive Indonesian distribution partner, PT. Prospera Aswindra Teknologi (PAT), which will leverage its network of approximately 80 resellers to reach local enterprises and institutions. PAT will handle sales and customer contact, while RSUPPORT provides technical training, sales materials, and product support.

The company is also integrating AI technology into its products, such as automated consultation summaries for RemoteCall and AI-driven anomaly reporting for RemoteView. RSUPPORT plans to use this Indonesian partner-centric model as a blueprint for further expansion into other Southeast Asian countries.
