RTIH Innovation Awards announces 2026 finalists

The 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards have announced finalists across several categories, highlighting advancements in retail technology and media.

In the Most Innovative UK Retailer category, finalists include Morrisons, which is trialling AI-powered Caper Smart Trolleys and digital Bluetooth Probing for food safety. Other finalists include DFS Group for its 3D product experiences, Euro Car Parts for its AI-ready discovery engine, and Goddiva for its integrated AI retail capabilities.

The Retail Media Innovation category features finalists such as Adello, which utilizes camera-based age checks for restricted advertising; FashSYNC, a platform for real-time intent detection in fashion; and a unified smart cart ecosystem developed by Hanshow, shopreme, and Lucky Cart. Jisp is also recognized for its Scan & Win Video platform.
