RTK appoints Arta Avdiu and Rilind Gërvalla to management roles

The Board of Radio Televizioni i Kosovës (RTK) has appointed new high-level management members to strengthen the professional functioning of the public broadcaster. During a meeting held on October 2, 2026, Arta Avdiu was named Director of the Albanian language television channel, and Rilind Gërvalla was appointed Deputy Director General for programming and editorial affairs.

Additionally, Board member Flokart Aliu was appointed as an internal member of the RTK Audit Committee. The Board also reviewed documentation regarding essential equipment that is no longer in use and approved a proposal for its sale in accordance with current legal procedures.
