RTL and Sky expand NFL broadcasting coverage in Germany

RTL and Sky are expanding their NFL coverage for the upcoming regular season, introducing a more comprehensive broadcasting lineup in Germany. The new coverage model includes a variety of viewing options across multiple platforms, such as free-to-air games on RTL, social-first live offerings on RTL+, and a new German-language 'Sky NFL Conference'.

To support this expansion, the broadcasters have assembled a large team of experts, including a record number of former NFL professionals such as Sebastian Vollmer, Markus Kuhn, Kasim Edebali, Mark Nzeocha, Marcel Dabo, Aaron Donkor, and Dominik Eberle. The coverage will be anchored by moderator Jana Wosnitza.

The new NFL Sunday schedule will feature the kickoff show 'Guten Abend Football', starting September 13, which will be broadcast simultaneously across NITRO, RTL+, and Sky Sport.
