RTL Tonight named worst TV program at TV Knollen awards

The TV Knollen awards have named RTL Tonight as the worst television program of the past season. Despite significant investment in promotion, a new studio, and a panel of experts, the talk show failed to attract viewers and has since been canceled.

In the same awards ceremony, presenter Harry Mens was named the worst presenter of the season. The jury cited an unprepared and outdated interview with Catherine Keyl on the program Business Class as a primary reason for the decision.

Separately, the Golden Televizier-Ring awards are scheduled to take place at Koninklijk Theater Carré, with programs such as Woeste Grond, Kassa, and De Bondgenoten competing for the top prize.
