RTP announces sale of three properties for over 1.7 million euros

RTP has launched a tender for the sale of three real estate properties, with an expected minimum total value of over 1.7 million euros. The sale process will be conducted through the submission of proposals in sealed envelopes.

The properties included in the sale are the former Abrunheira studios in the municipality of Sintra, valued at a base price of 1,546,400 euros; the Chaves broadcasting station, with a base price of 103,900 euros; and a plot of land in Portalegre, valued at 61,200 euros.

Interested parties must submit their proposals by 5:00 PM on December 14. Property visits can be scheduled between October 6 and October 8. The public opening of the proposals is scheduled for December 15 at 5:00 PM at the RTP headquarters in Lisbon.
