RTX gains institutional stake shifts and analyst upgrades

Institutional investors adjusted their holdings in RTX Corporation during the fourth quarter. O Shaughnessy Asset Management reduced its stake by 7.8%, holding 486,952 shares worth about $89.3 million, while ING Groep increased its stake by 79.0% to 309,675 shares valued at roughly $56.8 million. Other investors such as Norges Bank, Vanguard, and California Public Employees Retirement System also reported sizeable positions.

Analyst sentiment turned positive as Jefferies upgraded RTX to a buy rating and raised its price target to $220, citing improving profit margins and growth in the defense and commercial aerospace businesses. RTX also secured a $515 million U.S. Navy contract for SPY‑6 radar systems and expanded landing‑gear production with a new facility in Poland, reinforcing its defense and commercial aerospace outlook.
