Ruby Rose allegations against Katy Perry resurface

Allegations made by Ruby Rose against Katy Perry have resurfaced following a teaser for the series ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’. In the trailer, Rose discusses personal resilience, prompting costar Oliver Hudson to mention the headlines surrounding her.

Rose previously alleged that Perry sexually assaulted her in 2010 at the Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne. Following these claims, Victoria Police confirmed that detectives from the Melbourne Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team were investigating a report of a historical sexual assault. Rose stated she had finalized her reports to authorities, though she noted police had requested she not discuss the case publicly during the investigation.

Representatives for Katy Perry have strongly denied the claims, describing them as ‘categorically false’ and ‘dangerous, reckless lies’. The outcome of the police investigation has not been publicly established.
