Ruca Che stadium to host Argentina vs Turkey Davis Cup tie

The Argentine Tennis Association (AAT) has released digital simulations of the Ruca Che stadium in Neuquén, which will host the Davis Cup tie between Argentina and Turkey on September 19 and 20. This event marks the first time the competition will be held in the Argentine Patagonia.

The venue is being transformed into an indoor tennis arena featuring a GreenSet fast court with an intermediate speed rating (Level 3 according to World Tennis). The surface, which uses acrylic resin and silicon dioxide, will be mounted on a specialized wooden structure. This specific surface was chosen to provide conditions similar to those used in major tournaments like the Australian Open and the ATP Finals, as well as to maintain consistency for the Argentine team following their hard-court play during the US Open tour.

The stadium will accommodate approximately 3,000 spectators, and tickets for the two-day event reportedly sold out in less than thirty minutes.
