Rudi Garcia expected to exit as Belgium coach, successors under review

Rudi Garcia's contract as Belgium's national team coach ends in late July and internal reports indicate it will not be extended. While the team met its World Cup target by reaching the quarter‑finals, the Belgian football federation (KBVB) has expressed concerns over his tactical choices, squad rotation and a perceived lack of a clear playing identity. Tensions within the coaching staff and limited involvement of Belgian assistants have also been cited.
