Rudolf Riegler has opened Bar Centrale in Krems, Austria, bringing an Italian cafe and aperitivo culture to the region. The establishment offers Italian sweets, focaccia, and tramezzini, alongside Austrian and Italian wines and local beer.

Riegler, who previously worked in strategic sales for companies such as Nike and Bestseller following his studies at WU Wien, transitioned into self-employment to realize his goal of owning a local business. He noted that the Krems and Wachau regions provide ideal conditions for his venture due to their focus on culinary, cultural, and tourism sectors.
