Ruff’s Burger opens new urban dining location in Fürth

Ruff’s Burger has opened a new location in Fürth at Friedrichstraße 7, introducing its urban dining concept to the city center. The establishment features a significant 289-square-meter terrace with 190 seats, which is noted as the largest terrace for the brand in Germany.

The restaurant's interior and outdoor space are characterized by an urban aesthetic, highlighted by a 4x12 meter graffiti artwork by the Franconian artist duo Ate. In addition to the terrace, the venue offers 176 indoor seats.

The menu focuses on handcrafted burgers using locally sourced, coarsely ground beef, with options for medium-grilled or smashed patties served on brioche or potato buns. The brand also provides vegetarian and vegan alternatives, along with Belgian fries. Much of the previous team from the Burgerheart brand, which is part of the Ruff’s Group, has transitioned to this new location.
