Rugby quadruple-header held at Accor Stadium in Sydney

Australia hosted a historic quadruple-header of rugby matches at Accor Stadium, featuring the men’s and women’s 15-a-side and sevens teams on a single afternoon.

In the sevens exhibition matches, the Australian men’s team drew 19-19 against Fiji, while the women’s team, the reigning world champions, suffered a 21-12 defeat to New Zealand. Maddison Levi scored twice for Australia during the women's match.

The event served as a curtain-raiser for the Bledisloe Cup, which featured the Wallabies facing the All Blacks, and included a match between the Wallaroos and Scotland.
