Ruiz Transportes robbed in Trinidad

A family-owned transport company, Ruiz Transportes, was targeted in a robbery at its headquarters in Trinidad, Capital. The incident occurred between Saturday afternoon and Sunday midday at the premises located on Manuel Belgrano Street.

Perpetrators gained entry by breaking a window, after which they ransacked the offices. Stolen items include technological equipment such as four computer monitors, a notebook, and a mobile phone, as well as household appliances including a microwave and a coffee maker.

Police noted that the lack of security cameras or active alarm systems at the property may hinder the investigation. The formal complaint was filed at the 3rd Police Station, and the case is now under the jurisdiction of the prosecutor from the UFI Delitos contra la Propiedad.
