Rumble signs $13.7 billion deal with AI giant Anthropic
Rumble, the video platform co-founded by Chris Pavloski, has reportedly entered into a strategic agreement valued at $13.7 billion with Anthropic, a leading artificial intelligence development company.
Under the terms of the unconfirmed six-year deal, Anthropic will utilize Rumble’s growing data center segment to meet the increasing demand for its Claude AI model. The agreement specifically targets infrastructure such as the facility Rumble is constructing in Georgia, USA, following its acquisition of the German data center company Northern Data.
As part of the arrangement, Anthropic will also have the opportunity to purchase 50 million shares of Rumble over the six-year period. This move signals Rumble’s ongoing transformation from a video hosting service into a data center development provider operating under the brand name Quake AI.
