Various running events across Brazil have recently taken place, many focusing on health awareness and community solidarity. In Campo Grande, the 5th Corrida Pela Vida brought together over 300 participants at the Espaço Municipal de Cultura Vila Morena. Organized by the Fundo de Apoio à Comunidade (FAC), Colégio Master, and the Campo Grande City Hall, the event focused on mental health awareness for Setembro Amarelo.
Other significant athletic gatherings included the Meia Maratona do Sol in Natal, which drew approximately 20,000 runners for 5km, 10km, and 21km races. In Aparecida de Goiânia, the 13th Aparecida Correndo Pela Vida +Saúde event saw a record participation of over 2,000 athletes, also supporting Setembro Amarelo and collecting food donations.
Additionally, Guarulhos hosted the Ativação 60+ race and walk, attracting more than 5,000 people to promote active aging. In São Paulo, the 3rd SAEA Run gathered over 1,000 participants at Parque Ceret, raising nearly one ton of food for social projects through participant donations.
