Running events scheduled for October 3 in Warsaw and Wrocław

Several running events are scheduled to take place in Poland on October 3.

In Warsaw, the ING Biegnij Warszawo event will feature a 10 km course through the city center, Powiśle, and Praga. Designed as a ‘FUNRUN’, the event encourages participants of all fitness levels, including beginners, with a two-hour time limit for the distance. Organizers suggest that those preparing in the final ten days should focus on light movement rather than intense training to avoid injury.

In Wrocław, the inaugural NightWave powered by Decathlon has seen high demand. After initially reaching a capacity of 3,000 participants, organizers have released an additional 500 registration packages for the 5 km and 10 km distances following requests from runners. The event is set to debut on October 3.
