Running events scheduled in Stenungsund and Stockholm

Two running events are scheduled to take place in Sweden. In Stenungsund, the eighth edition of Hogialoppet will be held on Saturday, September 12, at Hogia in Hakenäs. The event features distances of approximately 3.1 kilometers and 6.5 kilometers, alongside a 300-meter mini-race for children. Participation fees for adults are 100 SEK, with all proceeds being donated to the organization BRIS. The event includes a family activity area with various attractions and local food vendors.

In Stockholm, the Olympialoppet will take place on Sunday, September 13, at the Stockholm Olympic Stadium. The race commemorates the 1912 Olympic cross-country run by recreating the challenging terrain. The event features various distances, including a 10-kilometer run and a fun run for children. Notable attendees and ambassadors include members of Lag Hasselborg and various Olympic medalists such as Therese Alshammar, André Myhrer, and Johan Wissman. Participation is free for children and youths under the age of 15.
