Running Man Vietnam announces 2026 TV season as fan meeting cancellation disappoints fans

The production team of Running Man Vietnam unveiled its 2026 season on 26 June, confirming the first episode will air on Friday 24 July 2026. The new schedule moves the show to a Friday‑night slot, earlier than previous seasons, and retains the core cast of Trấn Thành, Anh Tú Atus, Quang Tuấn, Lan Ngọc, Quang Trung, Liên Bỉnh Phát, Quân A.P. and Ninh Dương Lan Ngọc, with Lê Nhân continuing as narrator.

A fan meeting featuring Korean Running Man stars – Jee Seokjin, Yu Jaeseok, Kim Jongkook, Haha, Song Jihyo, Yang Sechan, Ji Yeeun and guests Mighty Mouth – was scheduled for June 2026 at Saigon River Park. Tickets had been on sale since early June, but the organizer announced on 24 June that the event was cancelled due to “force‑majeure” reasons. No details on ticket refunds were provided, prompting disappointment and criticism from fans who had booked travel and accommodation. The cancellation follows the last Vietnam‑based Running Man fan meeting held in 2019.
