While participants were tasked with identifying two thieves among ten suspects, the investigation initially focused on Ninh Duong Lan Ngoc due to specific clues regarding the thief's gender and profession.

However, the group mistakenly targeted Lan Ngoc, who was ultimately revealed to be an innocent civilian. The twist centered on Minh Hang, who held the dual identity of both an investigator and a thief.
