Rural families receive housing improvement supplies

Through the municipal program ‘Mejoramiento de Vivienda para el Bienestar’, 200 families from rural areas received cement fiber sheet packages to improve their housing conditions. The distribution took place at the Ecoforum, where Mayor Juan Miguel Ramírez Sánchez delivered the first supports.

Each beneficiary received a package of five cement fiber sheets, measuring 3.05 by 1 meter, intended for roof repairs to protect families and their belongings from weather conditions. The mayor stated his goal is to eventually provide comprehensive community support including health, education, and culture.
