Russia and Ukraine exchange strikes causing civilian deaths and infrastructure damage
Escalating cross-border strikes between Russia and Ukraine have resulted in significant civilian casualties and infrastructure damage. In Sevastopol, Crimea, authorities stated that a man and a teenager were killed during an attack. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed that Ukraine has targeted various sites in Russia, including refineries in the Ryazan, Perm, and Tatarstan regions, as well as targets in the Kursk region and the Black Sea.
