Russia reports 722 billion rubles in dividend revenue for 2026

The Russian Ministry of Finance announced that dividend income for the federal budget has reached 722 billion rubles since the beginning of 2026. This revenue is based on the business performance of various companies from the previous year.

The primary contributors to these budget revenues are traditionally companies operating in the financial, oil and gas, and transport infrastructure sectors. A significant portion of these funds was already transferred to the federal budget during the summer, following the 2025 operating results of these enterprises.

According to budget draft explanatory notes, total dividend revenue for 2026 is estimated at approximately 807.6 billion rubles, which includes dividends from Sberbank. Projections indicate steady growth in the coming years, with expected revenues of 838.4 billion rubles in 2027, 913.95 billion rubles in 2028, and 985.6 billion rubles in 2029.
