Russia reports diesel fuel surplus flowing to Central Asia

Russia is currently overproducing diesel fuel, with strategic reserves reported to be full and production exceeding storage capacity by 15%. This excess supply is being directed toward Central Asian nations.

Data indicates significant increases in shipments to the region. In August, Russian diesel supplies to Mongolia rose by 73.4% compared to July, reaching 215,000 metric tons. Additionally, shipments to Kyrgyzstan saw a surge of 16.4 times, totaling 72,000 metric tons.
