Russia strikes Ukrainian military sites in Kharkiv and Sumy

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Russian Aerospace Forces conducted airstrikes against Ukrainian military positions in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions. According to the ministry, intelligence identified temporary deployment points for personnel and UAV control centers in the settlements of Fedorovka and Zemlyanoye.

The strikes utilized FAB-500 aerial bombs equipped with glide and correction modules, as well as two X-39 light multi-purpose guided missiles. The ministry stated that these actions successfully destroyed a temporary deployment point for the 108th Independent Brigade and a UAV control command center belonging to the 5th Border Guard Detachment.

Additionally, Russian forces reportedly used Geran-4 drones to target locomotives and railway trains used for transporting military cargo across several Ukrainian regions, including Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Poltava, Mykolaiv, and Odesa.
